The annual Gumbo cook-off in Phineas Phogg's at Seville Quarter\, amateur and professional teams will compete for bragging rights for the best Gumbo in Pensacola. Entry to the competition is $20.00 per team. Limited to the first 15 teams. Cooking begins at 11:00 a.m. and the judging and public tasting is from 4 to 6 p.m. and the cost is $10 at the door with all proceeds going to Big Brother/Big Sisters.
