The name of the artist is Mr. Michael Boles.\n\n\n\nThe dedication ceremony will begin at 6:30.  Dr. Zieman (Art Committee)\, Samantha Abell (City Manager)\, the Artist and Mr. Levin will each speak briefly.  The ribbon cutting will immediately follow the program (approximately 6:45pm).
