DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate Earth Day at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Gulf Ecology Division. On Saturday\, April 21st we will have a public Open House from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will showcase the history of Sabine Island and include exhibits\, displays\, and posters highlighting our research contributions to protecting human health and the environment. We will also have marine aquaria exhibiting local species and a tidal petting zoo. EPA research staff will be on hand to answer questions about our research.
