It's Scratch Ankle time in Milton. This weekend the founder's day celebration will celebrate its 42nd anniversary. The festival begins Friday, March 14th, at 4 PM and closes at 9 PM. The festival is sponsored by the City of Milton. City Planner Randy Jorgenson says the event is designed for area non-profits and churches to gather together and make the area more aware of the positive things they do in the community. This will be the second year the event will be on the north end of Willing Street, focusing on the downtown area. Scratch Ankle festivities includes food, music, and children's activities.
