The Gulf Breeze Library will show a classic movie, Wednesday, December 7, at 5 PM presented in recognition of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the 1941 Battle of Pearl Harbor. This classic film, created in 1953, is set at an Army barracks in Hawaii in the days preceding the attack on Pearl Harbor, a lone-wolf soldier and boxing champion "Prew" Prewitt refused to box, preferring to play the bugle instead. It's a history lesson wrapped up in action and romance. Please check the library website for additional details at www.santarosa.fl.gov/libraries.
