Based on the book, "The Quilters: Women and Domestic Art" by Patricia Cooper and Norma Bradley Allen, "Quilters: A Frontier Musical" tells the stories of women on the American frontier through girlhood, marriage, childbirth, spinsterhood, marriage, childbirth, spinsterhood, marriage, childbirth, spinsterhood, twisters, fire, illness and death.
