DESCRIPTION:Camp Jr. Pastry Chef: Advanced Baking \n\nJr. Chefs ages 10-15 meet Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-12:00 pm\n\nCAMP DESCRIPTION\n\nYou asked and we listened! We kick it up with our advanced baking camp designed for those Jr. Chefs who have enrolled in any of our past PCKids Jr Pastry Chef Baking Basic classes. Yeast\, is the main ingredient that challenges these advanced Jr. Pastry Chefs! We focus on yeast breads and pastries from around the world: Swedish Saffron Buns\, Eastern European Poppy Seed Dinner Rolls\, German Stollen\, and Italian Panettone\, to name a few!\n\n\n\nFYI \n\nAdvance registration is required. No walk-ins permitted.\n\n\n\nCAMP FEATURES\n\n\n\nCampers learn essential skills to prepare recipes with varying themes:\n\n     Multitude of skills that will follow campers into adulthood\n\n     Practice a variety of "hands-on" cooking and/or baking skills\n\n     Daily child friendly recipes\n\n\n\nCost of camp ($200 per camp\, per child) includes:\n\n\n	15 hours of hands-on instruction by trained culinary instructors and assistants in a small class environment\n	 Daily wholesome food prepared in class and beverages (food prepared in class is served but is not a meal\; campers need to eat their breakfast  or lunch prior to class).\n	Daily use of class aprons\, cooking utensils\, and supplies\n	Camp recipe booklet\, certificate of participation\, and a chef hat are presented at "PCKids Jr. Chef  graduation" on the last day of camp\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n	Wear closed toe shoes (no sandals) for safety purposes\n	Pull back long hair in a pony tail for hygiene purposes\n	No jewelry\, please\n	No use of personal cell phones during camp\n	Parents/guardians complete a waiver form on the first day of class\n\n\n\n\nQuestions?
