Commercial leases can be overwhelming. They are lengthy\, full of jargon and unfamiliar terms and always written to the landlord's advantage.  But they are negotiable.  Learn the "Do's" and "Don'ts" of commercial real estate leasing for tenants!  Understand the negotiation points that tip the scales back to the tenant's favor. There is no fee for this workshop\, but pre-registration is strongly recommended as seating is limited.  Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
