DESCRIPTION:The PMA Contemporaries\, a new affiliate group of the Pensacola Museum of Art\, will host The Art of Yoga on Monday\, November 11th from 10 - 11:15AM.  The free class will be held in the upstairs galleries of the Museum and taught by noted yoga instructor\, Nancy LaNasa\, of Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center in downtown Pensacola.The cost of this event is free\, and it is open to the public.  However\, donations are appreciated and go towards future Museum programming.  Guests are asked to please bring their own yoga mat\, although ther will be very few available for those without their own.  The PMAC will provide water\, and light post-yoga snacks.
