DESCRIPTION:Pensacola Opera will hold three weeks of summer Opera Camps giving children and teens ages 6-16 the opportunity to explore the art form of opera. Camp activities and performances will be based on the Opera's 2014 mainstage season featuring Rossini's Cinderella and Verdi's Carmen.  Opera camp students will receive hand-on training from teachers and professional opera singers. Each camp focuses on the aspects of opera production\; vocal and characterization techniques and prop\, set and makeup design.
