DESCRIPTION:Open to the public at no charge.  The Bean Team at the Elk's Lodge spends days planning and preparing the traditional New Orleans style Monday fare.  The spicy red beans and rice are ladled into bowls by the volunteers from the Pensacola Beach Woman's Club.  Dining tables are lined up in the parking lot at the Sandshaker.
