12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CST
Description
Two programs will be offered as part of the Navarre Library Brown Bag Lunch series during the month of February, both with a focus on paper crafts. On Wednesday, Feb. 6 at noon, Melodie Taylor will demonstrate how to make a heart ornament and several handmade valentines using recycled cards and books. On Wednesday, Feb. 20 at noon, Doreen Ragon will use card stock and paper scraps to make bookmarks while emphasizing reuse and recycling of paper. Supplies will be provided at both events. Stop by the Navarre Library to see a display of samples of the paper crafts that will be made, and check out library books on the topic too. Brown Bag Lunch series is held on the third Wednesday of each month, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Navarre Library Meeting Room located at 8484 James M. Harvell Road in Navarre, unless indicated otherwise on the online library calendar. You bring a lunch and drink, and we'll provide an interesting and interactive presentation. Each program is open to the public and there is no charge and no registration required.
