Chain Reaction Will Host The Grand Opening Event for New Wave

Chain Reaction will host an event to open its recently renovated, upscale resale shop, New Wave. The celebration will be noon to 4 pm the Saturday before Thanksgiving, November 17, at 1301 East Gadsden Street in Pensacola. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased by cash and check at the event. The ticket will allow access to the day's festivities, including a fashion show, food, live music, access to the New Way boutique and the chance to win a variety of door prizes. New Wave is the brainchild of teens in Chain Reaction. Sales benefit the organization, which was founded in 2003 to empower teens to become local youth leaders to build confidence, leadership skills, and community involvement. Chain Reaction provides students ages 13 through 18 with volunteer opportunities in Escambia and Santa Rosa County. For additional information, please call 850-202-0691.
