Over the five days, campers will learn the skills needed to be a successful, safe, and creative chef! Skills taught will include basic prep skills, knife skills (when applicable), and food prepping techniques. The campers will be educated on healthy eating habits and will be engaged with hands-on cooking learning. Some activities include making homemade pasta with one of our experienced chefs, learning new skills in the kitchen, and preparing a picnic to enjoy in the Early Learning Garden at the Bodacious Brew Thru! Each child will receive a chef apron and a kid-friendly chef knife! Graduation certificates will be presented on the last day of camp. The full camp schedule by day is listed below.
Monday: Science Day! Introduction & Food Safety, Decorating & Personalizing of the Chef Aprons, Food in Science Games, Sanitation: What Does it Mean for Chefs & You?, Where Food Comes From: Story Time & Edible Science Experiments with Food and learning how to grow some food from your own kitchen!
Tuesday: Picnic Day! Favorite Picnic Food Activity, How to Have the Best Picnic: Video Time, Picnic Games, Creating Time: Each child will have all the ingredients at their disposal and with the help of the chefs, will make their own personal picnic baskets! We will then make our own picnic baskets and have a big picnic together in the Early Learning Garden at Bodacious while reading some books & enjoying the little chefs’ creations!
Wednesday: Pizzeria & Pasta Day! Personal Pizza Coloring Activity, Pasta Making 101 – Learning how to make if all from Dough to Done, Pizza Making 101 – Learning how to make dough, toss dough, and roll out the picture-perfect pizza, the little chefs will also learn where Olive Oil comes from & why it is so good!
Thursday: Bakery & Sweets Day! Little chefs with a sweet tooth will LOVE this day. Our Chefs will show your bakers how to make cookies, brownies, mini hand pies, & different decadent icings and toppers to bake the best sweets! A decorate your own cookies & cupcakes time will let young bakers show off their skills and be creative.
Friday: Breakfast for “Dinner” Day! On this day, your little chef will be ready to show you all that they have been able to learn! All throughout the morning, our Chefs will be helping your little ones create a full blown breakfast meal for you, starting at noon, giving them the opportunity to show off what they have learned. Your chef will have a hand in preparing your meal, taking your order, presenting your meal, enjoying the meal with you & graduating from Culinary Camp!
We would love for your future chef to join us from 9:00am-12:00pm each day. Price is per week.

Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class.
-Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations.
We reserve the right to cancel and undersold classes will be rescheduled. Reservation fees will be refunded within 24 hours.

Cooking Class Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancellation is 48 hours before the date of the event.
If cancellation is not 48 hours before the event, you can transfer your credit to an upcoming class, you cannot receive a full refund after the 48-hour mark.

Additionally, temperatures of all staff members are taken upon arrival of each shift. Food and beverage staff are practicing the highest safety standards, with medical-grade face masks and gloves at all times. Additionally, staff will be in place throughout the event to ensure guests remain at recommended distances while enjoying a gourmet meal, a delicious glass of wine and a safe, distanced experience.
