Alpha Omega Performance CrossFit is offering a special WOD (workout of the day) and community cookout on July 4th at 9am. Join our CrossFit Community and Coaching Team for a fast-paced, high-intensity workout at the National Live Oak Seashore Pavilion (North Side) on Highway 98. The event is free for everyone.
