Pensacola Opera and Jackson's Steakhouse present Dinner and an Aria

For the fourth consecutive year, Jackson's Steakhouse is proud to partner with Pensacola Opera to present another installment of "Dinnerand an Aria" on Thursday, February 23, at Jackson's Steakhouse. There will be two seattings for this event; 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In addition to the full dinner menu, which will be available for the evening, Chef Miller has prepared a special-feature entree; horseradish braised beef short ribs with Vidalia crisps, Gorgonzola whipped potatoes nad sauteed broccolini. The Artists in Residence will perform classics from the operatic, musical theatre and jazz standard repertoire. Pensacola Opera's Artist in Residence program, now in it's ninth season, continues to provide training and performance experience for young opera professionals. In residence here in Pensacola, from January through May, these artists perform roles on the main stage, cover princiapl roles, sing for numerous educational and community outreach programs- and perform at Jackson's! The 2011-2012 Artists in Residence artists are Jennifer Juilfs (soprano), Samantha Korbey(mezzo- soprano), Joseph Shadday (tenor) and Mitchell Hutchings (baritone) with Dana Sadava accompanying on the piano.
