Pensacola Opera hosts Operazzi Ball 2012: Moonlight Masquerade

The Pensacola Opera will host its annual Operazzi Ball at New World Landing. The theme of this year's Ball is Moonlight Masquerade in celebration of Pensacola Opera's 29th Season and March production of Verdi's Rigoletto. The evening will include a sit-down dinner, dancing to music by The Allstars and special performances by Pensacola Opera's 2012 Artists in Residence. Dress is black-tie and masks are encouraged. The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with passed hors d'oeuvres. Complimentary wine and champagne will be served throughout the evening. Fabulous items and experiences will be featured in live and silent auctions. This year's Operazzi Ball Honorary Chairs are Jan and Ron Miller and the Chairs are Claire and Charlie Bockwith. All proceeds from this event will support the Opera's many artistic and education initiatives, from professional mainstage productions to nationally recognized education and community outreach programs.
