Step One Automotive Group is an American company based in Florida that is built on a singular dedication to empowering lives through smarter and easier ways of accessing mobility. Step One Automotive Group is comprised of 19 separate companies in Florida, Alabama, and Georgia. Step One has 20 new car dealerships representing 18 award winning brands including Chrysler, Dodge Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Volkswagen, Subaru, Kia, Hyundai, Genesis, Ford, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Nissan Alfa Romeo, and Maserati. Step One Automotive Group also owns 3 standalone pre-owned operations, 3 wholesale parts operations and one rental car operation. Step One Automotive Group has over 875 team members across three states and nine cities, but their headquarters are in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
