Gulf Islands National Seashore opens the Fort Pickens Area following Hurricane Francine
GULF BREEZE, Fla. -- Gulf Islands National Seashore will reopen the Fort Pickens Area and campground will reopen at 8 a.m. September 15.. Campground check-in will begin at 2 p.m. Beachside parking lots will remain closed due to flooding. All other areas of the park reopened.
