Amazing Race for Survival

Description

The "Amazing Race" will take place on Saturday, April 5th, at Navarre Beach Park.  The event is a race involving speed, strategy, teamwork and perseverance to complete course challenges.  The event promises to be a LOT of fun.  Be prepared for moderate physical activity, getting wet and a little messy.  This is a family friendly event designed for adults and children.  $30 per team.  Teams of 2-4 will have 2 and 1/2 hours to complete 7 out of 10 challenges in the shortest amount of time.  There are all kinds of different challenges, from putting together sea turtle puzzles on Navarre Pier to paddling out to the Navarre Beach reef on the gulf and more.  Learn about sea turtles and help raise funds for the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center.  Awards will be presented to teams completing their challenges in the least amount of time.  Refreshments and other activities will be available.  For information regarding the race and the registration form, please visit www.navarrebeachseaturtles.org .
