The Florida SBDC at UWF is presenting “Business Model Canvas” on Tuesday, March 28^th, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Is your business model generating profit or has the market shifted and your existing model is no longer working?  This session will cover the 9 building blocks of your business model including: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships and Cost Structure.  Effectively using resources, strategic partnerships and delivering clear messages of your product value to customers can put more money into your pocket!  Cost: $50.  Pre-registration recommended.    (This is part of the Business Boot Camp for new & pre-venture businesses; for a cost of $199, you may take this and five other pertinent workshops in the boot camp to help start and grow your business.  This is a savings of $101 for the six workshops covered.)   Location: FSBDC at UWF, 9999 University Pkwy.  For further information, or to register call 850-474-2528 or visit our website (www.sbdc.uwf.edu).
