Enjoy two glasses-full events as part of this year's Perdido Key Wine and Art Festival, which has an intimate VIP gathering 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. March 22 and a fun-filled outdoor celebration noon to 8 p.m. March 23 on the first weekend of spring.
