Description
Hosted by Paradise Bar & Grill, hundreds of daring dippers and onlookers - many dressed in costume - flock to Pensacola Beach for the annual Polar Bear Plunge. Entrance fee: $15 and will receive a special commemorative Plunge t-shirt and a serving of black-eyed peas for good luck after the Plunge is complete. The Polar Bear Cub Club is open to kids, 5th grade and younger. The cost to join is $5, which allows the young and brave to plunge if they would like and to take home a little goodie bag, compliments of the Pensacola Beach Chamber. Registration begins at noon and the plunge is at 2 PM. Proceeds from the event are donated to the Pensacola Beach Chamber. For additional information, please visit pensacolabeachchamber.com.
