Eleven bands providing live music on 2 stages, local artists, merchants' sidewalk sale, fireworks, and the annual "Anything that Floats" bath tub races. Registration on Sunday begins at noon and racing begins at 2 PM. Entry fee is $30 for a two-person team. Entry forms are available at www.myislandtimes.com.
