Home Instead Marks 25 Years of Senior Care with Gulf Breeze Ribbon Cutting

PENSACOLA, FL – The Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting to recognize a major milestone for one of the region’s most respected senior care providers — Home Instead Pensacola, which is celebrating 25 years of compassionate service, meaningful employment, and deep community involvement.

Part of a national network, the Pensacola franchise of Home Instead was founded locally in 1999 by Carlette Howell. Her daughter, Stacy Robello, was there from the beginning — working in the organization for years before stepping into ownership alongside her husband, Kaipo Robello, in 2017. Since then, the business has continued to grow and thrive under their joint leadership, carrying forward a legacy of care built on family values and professional excellence.

Over the past eight years, Stacy and Kaipo have helped Home Instead become a top-rated provider in Florida — now ranked #1 in the state for the quality of care they provide. As the company celebrates its silver anniversary, it’s also marking another milestone: a $40,000 award for outstanding service, which Home Instead is paying forward. Half of the award — $25,000 — will support the Baptist Hospital Behavioral Unit, and the remaining $15,000 will be donated to the Council on Aging, both local nonprofit organizations.
